CBSE Fit School

To inculcate the habit of healthy living through physical activities, fitness week was celebrated in CMI Christ School, Iritty. A medley of activities viz Mass Drill, Rope skipping, Essay writing competition on the topic "Fit India", Debates, Sports quiz, Traditional games, Khelo India App games, Poster making (Fit Body Fit Mind Fit Environment), Salad making, and Yoga were held.

State level inauguration of Rope Skipping was held to promote healthy living via skipping. 800 students of CMI Christ School, Iritty from classes I–X participated in the mega event. A display of Rope Skipping was held at Kannur as part of the Fit Kannur 2019 initiative by District Collector T V Subhash IAS.
